CLEARWATER, FLORIDA – Meet Niki and Clyde Butcher at the Clearwater Main Library for a joint book signing on December 17. More info and time TBD. Niki’s brand new exhibit will be on display at the Clearwater Library and open for viewing. The Clearwater Arts Alliance holds a monthly docent-led art walk on the third Saturday of the month, so this is a perfect chance to see Niki’s exhibit and plenty of other local artists.

Daydreaming: Niki Butcher’s Hand-Painted Photography invites you to see the historical, beautiful, and sometimes quirky aspects of our world through the eyes of a thoughtful optimist. Niki has focused her camera on the fading facades of old Florida, capturing funky ‘mom & pop’ wayside businesses, lonesome sandy beaches, and the beauty of the Everglades. Remembering the gentle feeling of old Florida postcards, Niki hand paints her black and white photographs in vibrant tones and pastel hues.
