ALLIGATOR LILY © 2015
Big Cypress National Preserve
Photographic Story
I was out photographing in the grasslands of Big Cypress when I came across this Alligator Lily. It was so sweet and delicate I couldn’t resist photographing. This flower reminds me of going to church and seeing all the people raise their arms up in praise of God. Perhaps this is what this newly sprouted Alligator Lily is doing too.
The Art of Hand Painting Black and White Photographs
Photographed with a Sony digital camera and instead of oil painting with Q-tips and cotton balls, she was able to paint using Photoshop.
